- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Beware this loan company. They are unprofessional and do not follow federal laws. I am a disabled veteran and had a small loan there for $250. I informed the company my wide and I were filing Chapter 7 bankruptcy and they rushed to get a judgment and garnishment against me. We supplied them with the bankruptcy paperwork and our attorney called them twice with our case number. Legally they are supposed to put a stay on the account and release the garnishment but the manager refused. He personally called me and said that he could release the garnishment but simply did not want to. After the bankruptcy is finalized they will have to return the money they garnished and they know this but want to be difficult on purpose. They are greedy and do not care about their customers. Their collection calls are very threatening and start the day after your payment is due. They have no remorse for putting a family in more financial distress. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone and if I were you I would NOT take my business there. I wish there was a way to give a negative star rating because they don't even deserve 1 star!!By david badgwell, April 13, 2017
